Employees are paid on an hourly basis. Normal daily working hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm. Additional overtime is often available on Weekends. Overtime is paid once 40 hours are worked in a pay period. Different levels of benefits become available to employees after 90 days and again after 6 months of employment. Commercial vehicles are provided for daily work from the office to the job sites. Employees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the place of employment. |
