A “Safety First” culture is engrained in all aspects of the Company’s business. We have installed systems and processes to ensure that every employee is working safely to assure that he/she will return home to their family unharmed.

We insist that each employee is equipped with proper personal protective equipment (clothing, eyewear, footwear, and hard hats). We provide regular safety meetings and insist that pre-job briefings are provided at the start of each work day and any new assignment. As a result of this “Safety First” culture our workman’s comp. “Experience Modification Factor” is measured at .87.
