Thru our 20+ years of experience, the PowerCore Companies have successfully demonstrated the ability to provide the following services: • Excavation and trenching to include mechanized, hand dug and/or hydraulically assisted methods, as suited to the specific application. • Directional drilling, mechanical boring and/or pneumatic punching (missile boring) to include the installation of raceways 1/2” to 16” diameter. • Installation of sub-surface pre-cast concrete and/or fiber duct banks, pull boxes, and stand pipes. • Installation of concrete reinforced foundations to support a variety of above grade electrical systems and equipment including transformers, breakers, switch stations, switch gear, sub-stations, light poles and communication structures. • Overhead line communications systems including both overhead connections, from existing overhead systems to the end user as well as riser connections from the overhead system to the underground end user. • Ability to work in congested areas that require significant attention to the logistics of the work area to maximize safety and minimize the impact the associated work has on adjacent areas and the general environment. • Ability to meet and/or exceed the operational standards of utility base customers. (Powercore is an authorized Bright House Networks and Florida Power & Light contractor). • A Team of journeyman electricians and linemen fully trained and familiar with working on or near energized electrical systems (transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, switches…. etc.). |
